Museo Pietro Canonica a Villa Borghese

An overview of charming cities and towns rich in the Byzantine culture monuments. A photographic display of the Italian and Russian objects considered the most attractive cultural and tourist destinations in both countries will present the "Byzantine routes" combining the most significant historical monuments.

The following routes are included:

1. Byzantine Rome
 2. Byzantine Corridor (Emilia-Romagna and Umbria)
 3. Byzantine Capitals (Rome, Istanbul, Moscow, Jerusalem)
 4. Traces of Andrei Rublev (Moscow, Sergiev Posad, Vladimir)
 5. Traces of Theophanes the Greek (Moscow, Novgorod, Petersburg)
