BOOKINGS FOR ALL VISITORS
A booking service is available for groups (maximum 25 participants), excluding guided tours. With a reservation, visitors may skip the ticket office queue by going directly to the cashier. Reservations for individual visitors are only possible with ONLINE advance ticket purchase.
A guided tour service is also available, in various languages, for a fee and by reservation, with a choice between museum tour and/or exhibition tour.
BOOKINGS FOR SCHOOLS
School groups are required to book in advance, even for museum admission only. The booking service for schools is free of charge. For school groups accompanied by teachers, museum admission is free upon presentation, on school letterhead, of a nominal list of students and accompanying teachers (one free accompanying adult per 10 students), divided by class and signed by the school principal.
Attention: For some exhibitions, even categories entitled to free admission (as per municipal resolution) will be required to purchase a special reduced ticket costing € 2,00, applicable only when indicated in the current pricing. Full free admission is provided only for primary and lower secondary school students, visitors with disabilities and one accompanying person, and MIC card holders (not applicable in exhibition areas with separate ticketing). Guided tours, workshops and meetings for teachers are also available by reservation only.
